Recipe variants and flavours are tuned to each resident as an individual, moving past one levelled-down menu built to fit everyone.

  • More variety, more joy. No added cost.

Seasonal menus, cultural dishes and recipe variants a traditional kitchen can't sustain, made possible by robotics built for senior living, with no added labour.

Compliance & safety

Protect your compliance standing and safety record

  • Guided production and plating from start to finish

Digital workstations coach staff through each plate, step by step, so the right items, portions and textures go out every time.

  • Dietary restrictions and allergies, followed to the letter

Every plate is checked against a digital resident profile, eliminating the risks that come with manual updates and verbal handoffs. Safety becomes automated.

Data & traceability

Every meal traced. Every service improved.

  • A full record, production to plate

Every plate is logged and photographed at each station, creating a digital trail of exactly what was made, by whom, and when it left the kitchen.

  • Complaints and incident reports traced to their source

When an error or complaint comes in, we know exactly where it started, so problems are fixed at the root instead of argued about.

  • Performance that keeps improving

Consumption, waste and production data feed back into menus, forecasting and training, so every service gets better than the last.

Financial predictability

Turn your least predictable cost into your most predictable one

  • Lock in your food cost.

Ingredient spend becomes contractual, held to an agreed SLA cost, so over-purchasing and price shocks don't overrun your budget.

  • Food spend reports available in real time

At any time you can see exactly where the money went, and where we saved dollars, always within your existing budget.

Fixed service fee + ingredient cost SLA. No CAPEX.

How does Chef Jasper handle dietary restrictions, allergens, and texture modifications?

Every resident’s dietary profile, allergens, texture (including IDDSI levels), portion size, and preferences, is stored digitally and applied to every meal. Each tray is validated and logged against that profile before it leaves the kitchen, so the right meal reaches the right resident, every time.

What happens to our compliance and audit-readiness during and after the transition?

Compliance gets stronger, not weaker. Meals, temperature checks, and substitutions are logged, giving you a more complete record than manual logging typically produces. We plan for continuity from day one and can run in parallel with existing processes during the transition so there is no gap in documentation.
