Specifically, the purpose of this Policy is to explain how and for what purposes Chef Jasper collects, uses, shares or otherwise processes your personal information and how we safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information when our clients, primarily retirement homes, use our application Chef Jasper Gestion (the “Application”) and shares your personal information with us in order to receive our meal preparation and delivery services, as well as how we handle your information when you visit our website (“Website”), or communicate with us in person, by telephone or by email.

We collect the following information when our clients share such information with us via our Application to receive our meal Chef Jasper Gestion preparation and delivery services.

  • Dietary needs and preferences, including allergies and special dietary requirements.

Information we collect directly from you:

We may collect any personal information that you share directly with us, including when you contact us through our Request form available on our Website.

We collect information automatically when you visit our Website using technologies such as cookies and pixels. The technical information we collect when you visit our Website includes information about the device you are using, including (as applicable) your Internet, telecom or mobile carrier and service provider, IP address, device ID, the date and time of your visit, the pages of the Website you visit, and the referring URLs you came from.
